Last updated: May 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Vectra, a Google Sheets add-on for spreadsheet data cleaning. By using Vectra, you agree to these terms.

Use of Vectra

Vectra is provided to help clean and standardize spreadsheet data. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for business, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

Your responsibilities

Google Sheets and third-party services

Vectra runs inside Google Sheets and may use Firebase authentication and Google Gemini APIs. Your use of those services may also be subject to Google's terms and policies.

Availability

We aim to keep Vectra reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable at times. Features may change as the product develops.

No warranty

Vectra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectra and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
